The former Love Island star has been making regular visits to Germany as West Ham forward Bowen looks to help the Three Lions to continental glory. During a Q&A session on Instagram, Dyer posted to her 3.7 million followers when asked what it has been like travelling between England and mainland Europe with so much on her plate: “Loads of travelling questions… So I'm exhausted now haha but it's all worth it & I've been flying backwards and forwards. Sometimes I've taken kids & others just gone on my own. It is hard travelling with the little ones it's all the stuff you need and they didn't nap once when travelling. (they are terrible at napping outdoors) but other than that it's been okay with them and they got to see Jarrod which was lovely.”

While Dyer has been able to catch up with Bowen after England matches, she added when quizzed on how she has found being separated from the Hammers star “for a while”: “It has been tough… I'm a needy girlfriend currently and looking forward to having him back and giving him the kids.”

Bowen has at least one more game to take in with England before being freed to enjoy a summer break, with Gareth Southgate’s side set to face the Netherlands in an eagerly-anticipated semi-final clash on Wednesday. If they can make it through that fixture, then a final date with either France or Spain will be lined up for Sunday.
