They will advertise soon for a new coach.Andre Odendaal, the Western Cape Cricket chief executive, said the board of directors had “reviewed the situation and decided that a fresh face was needed to take the Cobras to the next level”.”Shukri Conrad has done a good job and still has a lot to offer cricket,” chairman Mohamed Ebrahim told . “We thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future.”Conrad had coached the Cobras for five years and helped them secure three trophies – the one-day championship in 2006-07, the Pro20 title in 2008-09 and the Supersport Series last season.
