Egypt suffered a double blow at the end of the half as a minute after Salah went off, Mohammed Kudus fired Ghana into the lead with an excellent shot from the edge of the box. Having drawn their first game of the competition against Mozambique, Egypt's hopes of progressing in the tournament have suffered a bit hit.
